Dr. Sahib is a graduate of the University of Indiana school of dentistry. Following dental school, Dr. Sahib moved back to Chicago where he practiced as general dentist for a while before moving to Pittsburgh where he specialized in Modern Conventional and Microsurgical Endodontics at the University of Pittsburgh. During his residency, Dr. Sahib practiced in VA Hospital H J Heinz Campus before he moved back to Illinois to settle.

During his educational tenure, Dr. Sahib published several scientific articles in Regenerative Endodontics. He also received several awards including; the Dean’s Award for Highest Clinical Achievement, the American Association of Endodontists Student Achievement Award, and an award for his outstanding academic and clinical achievements.

Dr. Sahib is a board certified endodontist, he is also a member of the American Association of Endodontics (AAE), the American Dental Association (ADA), and the Illinois Dental Society (IDS).

On his free time, Dr. Sahib likes to travel around with his wife Munia. He is also a soccer enthusiast who likes to play and watch soccer on the weekends.

Dr. Barseghyan received his first dental degree (Doctor of Stomatology) in Armenia in 2002, where he also attended a prosthodontic residency. After moving to the United States, Dr. Barseghyan earned his second dental degree (Doctor of Dental Surgery) from University of Colorado Denver where he graduated dental school with honors from Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society.
After completing dental school, he received specialty training in Endodontics from the University of Illinois at Chicago, where he also earned his Master of Science degree. During his residency, Dr. Barseghyan conducted research related to the implementation of advanced imaging technology (Cone Beam Computed Technology/3D imaging) in Endodontic Microsurgery.
Dr. Barseghyan is a board certified endodontist, he is also an active member of American Association of Endodontics, American Dental Association, Illinois State Dental Society, Edgar D. Coolidge Endodontic Study Club, and Illinois Association of Endodontists.
Dr. Barseghyan is an Armenian native and is fluent in English, Russian, and Armenian.
In his free time, he enjoys skiing, biking and traveling with his wife Diana and his children Monica and David.

Dr. Malik Algrouz earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC) College of Dentistry. During his time at UIC, he was recognized with the Senior Student Dental Award by the American Academy of General Dentistry, honoring his dedication to comprehensive patient care and clinical excellence.
Driven by a desire to advance his clinical expertise, Dr. Algrouz returned to UIC to pursue a Specialty Certificate in Endodontics and a Master’s degree in Oral Sciences. His advanced training emphasized minimally invasive root canal therapy, microsurgery, and the integration of emerging technologies—particularly laser-activated irrigation and novel disinfection methods.
Dedicated to education and lifelong learning, Dr. Algrouz currently serves as a part-time clinical instructor in the Endodontic Department at UIC College of Dentistry. He is pursuing board certification and remains an active member of the American Association of Endodontists, the American Dental Association, the Coolidge Endodontic Study Club, and the Chicago Dental Society.
Outside of practicing endodontics, Dr. Algrouz enjoys weightlifting, running, watching sports, and spending quality time with family and friends. He especially cherishes time spent with his wife and their two beloved children, Talia and Jaad—who keep him on his toes far more than any root canal ever could.
